VISTA GROUP OF SCHOLS PTA MEETING INFORMATION
At vista group of schools, we value strong collaboration between parents, teachers, and the school management. The parent-Teacher Association (PTA) serves as an essential platform where parents and educators come together to discuss and contribute to the growth and development of our students.
Purpose of the PTA
- Strengthen communication between the school and parents.
- Discuss academic performance, discipline, and welfare of students.
- Suggest and support school improvement projects.
- Provide feedback to management for continuous development.

PTA Meeting Schedule
- Frequency: Once per term (3 times a year)
- Venue: School Hall
- Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00PM
- Format:
- Welcome Address by the Principal/Head Teacher
- Presentation of school Reports (academics, discipline, co-curricular)
- Open forum for parent feedback
- Discussion of upcoming projects & events
- Election of PTA officers (if due)
- Closing Remarks
